Good Evening, Just a quick bit of information for those teams/players competing at Mixed Tour I this coming weekend. Please note that this is just some general information I'm sending on behalf of the UKU, particularly the Competitions Committee. Any queries relating to things tournament-specific (for example: "how many shower cubicles are there on site at the venue?") should be addressed to the TD.
Firstly, if you have any questions relating to kit/rostering/player eligibility etc. then have a read of the 2012 UKU Competition Rules which have just been published and are available on the "Club" section of the UKU website. You'd be amazed how many questions can be answered by consulting this document. Schedule-wise, please bare with us. Whilst we always aim to have the schedule out as early as possible, things such as last minute team drop outs mean that it is often impossible to do this as far in advance as many people (including ourselves) would like. We are committed to giving every team the best possible schedule and this is often the reason that the publishing of the schedule is somewhat "last minute" I would strongly advocate that you assume you are playing in the first game slot (0900-ish) on Saturday and plan your travel and accommodation arrangements around that...
