...got served the 5-day notice tonight to clear the arrears or vacate the premeses. The landlord also dug up a late fee clause in the lease, adding even more than I thought I owed. Contacted a couple of agencies, who said they'll look around at possibilities, but won't contact back until probably Friday or so...and then there's that snowstorm forecast for tonight...
