The presentations are now all uploaded to http://brlcad.org/ugm2002  
including pdf and ppt versions.  For some reason, Powerpoint and  
Impress (Open Office) had trouble displaying embedded images in some  
of the presentations, but I only tested on Mac.  They might come up  
better on Windows.  If not, the images should be extractable from the  
pdf files (which are useful regardless as a reference in order to see  
what the rendered result originally looked like) or from other sources.
