P.S.  Sorry about that stray t.c.  I thought I had removed it but I
got sidetracked with a working dir that had lots of conflicts--lots of
stuff I had added but not committed before your wholesale rework of
doc/docbook--wow, that  cmake is powerful (but very ugly)!
