Hi!
In order to keep the 3D triangles deviate from the surface by less than e
which is a user specified tolerance,I need to comput the longest edge size in
parameter domain.I will make a translation of the bspline implementation if
needed
I found that the opennurbs has the method to creatmesh for ON_brep,I'll use
it and test it's efficiency.
