v2d and axis2d describe an axis at the sketch which will be put on the
3D rotation axis.

I understand. But when I look through the code dealt with pipe, I found v2d and 
axis2d is seldom used. If a revolve has its v2d and axis2d not set, it works 
quiet well. In most cases we just use v3d and axis3d.
