I'm looking at regress-solids failure on my 32-bit versus success on
64-bit.  I noticed that both show an error message ray tracing the DSP
that says:

----------------ERROR incomplete segment-------------
  pixel x: 242 y: 406

I'm trying to grasp how a DSP is treated for ray tracing.   Some questions:

1. How many adjacent zero points are required to define a hole in a DSP?
2. Is it correct to say the DSP is treated implicitly as a BOT?
