Yes! Especially if we can control the formatting somewhat programmatically as well as HACKING conventions. I'm in the process of fiddling with sub-classing to see if I can influence dsp_add_t a bit. Also, regarding '?' and 'h': one could be the short help spit out by tclap and the other only available as a developer-added long_help function. That would be handy also to incorporate any examples which could be extracted into man page docs.
