The version of the Qt display manager at SourceForge still crashes

Sorry about that. I was working in processing the events in a better way
and I forgot to commit the changes. Now, archer should not crash and
drawings should be displayed except that events are not quite ready yet. I
hope I'll have everything done by the end of this weekend. In order to use
the new display manager in archer src/tclscripts/Ged.tcl line 957 should be
changed to set dmType qt.
