Definitely.  I've been partial to Blurb for their paper/print quality, but most 
of the work is design and layout.

Floss manuals provides a web-based HTML interface.  Worked in a pinch.

Not yet.  We do have an action to import it into out Docbook system.

It was an interesting experience to say the least.  It'd be interesting to 
apply a similar approach for a coding sprint.
