Even I would like see those small applications. Put it on BitBucket /
GitHub / SourceForge or like that.

Correct.

But we don't want to have many login for a single user to use / access
various services offered by BRL-CAD. Single login is highly desirable.

If something, which we have to use, and is not covered by "HACKING";
then we need to add that in HACKING So making one source for all
requirements of coding standard.
