Doug, We’ve not seen this issue, but it could be a problem with the installer itself. That tool is likely one of the first to get installed and the parentheses might be causing problems. As a temporary workaround, you could try installing into C:\Temp\BRL-CAD or some other simple path. We’ll look into this issue the next time we release. Cheers!
