Doug Howard has been granted commit access. Doug made his first contributions to BRL-CAD at least as far back as April 2006 (possibly earlier), again in years following on a number of features related to Archer, and most recently on screened poisson surface reconstruction work. His adherence to our development practices and extensive coding experience make him a valued asset to BRL-CAD development.
