Not necessary.

You can enable issues on your own fork.  You can add issues to his upstream 
fork.  You can also add issues to our “official” version at 
https://github.com/BRL-CAD (which also forked from his repo).

We need to merge our two OGV repositories (geometry_viewer and OGV-meteor) into 
a new repo that has the history of both preserved.  Anyone know how to do this 
easily?
