Bleargh. Ever since they switched to lto (link-time-optimizations) my
code also takes forever to link. It even broke compilation on some
(other) software projects. Damned C++ Design Patterns users to hell
with their flimsy getters and setters that need to be inlined across
modules to get decent performance. Heh.
