Everything is relative.  While we may mark something “easy” or “hard”, you can 
easily make an easy project HARD by not researching and a hard project EASY by 
studying beforehand.  What will matter most is that you tailor a proposal to 
YOUR knowledge, which will be minimal and probably inadequate for even “easy 
labelled” project unless you study.
