My work so far
This is what I've got so far. Since these commands are the minimal
requirements, I thought I would add how to start MGED in console mode as
well as close it. Once I figure out the other commands, I will add them to
the list. Finally after I have all of the commands, I'll divide the
document into sections and clean up the formatting.
