Status
This appears to make rt work correctly while using the new rt_gen_rect()
function for orthogonal mode (make benchmarak and make regress both appear
to work). The code structure includes some variables and computation local
to orthogonal mode that will likely be pulled out after perspective mode
has also been converted (to use rt_gen_frustum()). It also changes
rt_gen_rect() to work in a way more like what rt expects to happen,
excluding the upper and right edges; I hope that this is enough, but this
change took ~5hrs to make and test.
