It depends a little bit on what you mean with "redistributing
BRL-CAD". If you want to include a package which is available from
SourceForge too you can put it freely on your CD. All necessary
license, copyright etc. information are included in these packages.
If you want to install BRL-CAD together with your product without an
additional user interaction, you are responsible for providing the
BRL-CAD distribution information to the user.
However, things become complicated if you want to distribute something
(source code ore binaries) which is not already available on
SourceForge.
