An ASCII converter that we use is VDECK. It will convert a model to ASCI and separate the regions and the solids into separate files. To use it go to the bin directory and type
> Vdeck model.g Replace model with your model name. At the vdeck prompt type the following. vdeck> i goupname vdeck> d vdeck> q groupname - this can be a group or region and it will convert all of the solids and regions within the group into text.
