The Optical Shaders presentation here gives a rough overview of all shaders available: http://brlcad.org/wiki/Users_group_presentations The Principles of Effective Modeling overview gives a specific example for how to use a projection shader: http://brlcad.org/wiki/Documentation Applying a texture shader and/or bump mapping is nearly identical. A word of caution, this is a feature area that has only been minimally developed, usually during the production of some specific rendering or animation. There’s LOTS of room for improvement. If you encounter a specific issue, please report with some sample geometry/instructions and we can look at helping you work though it. I’ll follow-up with you directly with a specific example that you might be able to follow, too. Cheers!
