[quoted lines by Lanie Molinar on 2021/06/07 at 22:00 -0500] >Maybe I misunderstood, but when I looked at information on how to use >BRLTTY with Python-based screen readers, I thought it said to run BRLAPI, >or Python\Brlapi-0.8.2.win32.exe. That's what I was trying to do. It >wouldn't let me get past the first screen though. It kept saying Python -32 >wasn't found in my registry.
where did you read that? I don't think you should be doing anything like that so, if somethign is giving that impression, I'd like tyo correct it. What you do need to do is enable BrlAPI. You do that by running the enable-brlapi .bat script. -- I believe the Bible to be the very Word of God: http://Mielke.cc/bible/ Dave Mielke | 2213 Fox Crescent | WebHome: http://Mielke.cc/ EMail: d...@mielke.cc | Ottawa, Ontario | Twitter: @Dave_Mielke Phone: +1 613 726 0014 | Canada K2A 1H7 | _______________________________________________ This message was sent via the BRLTTY mailing list.
