Hi,
I have an Orbit Reader 40. I've tried getting it to work with brltty
under Linux, with no success. I've tried both USB and Bluetooth, with
the suggested Vario Ultra 40 emulation.
I've tried using -l7, and here's the only thing I see in the logs when
trying to connect over USB:

Sep 21 15:59:45 [brltty] USB: endpoint descriptor not found: 02_

2021-09-24@07:40:05.903 checking for braille driver: bm
2021-09-24@07:40:05.904 initializing braille driver: bm -> bluetooth:
2021-09-24@07:40:05.904 braille driver initialization failed: bm -> bluetooth:

I've tried with three versions: 6.1, 6.3, and a git checkout made
earlier this morning, a bit before the 6.4 release announcement.

Has anyone gotten brltty to work with the Orbit Reader 40, and if so,
was there anything special you needed to do to make it happen?
