Hello Dave, This one works, in that it no longer crashes but reports "access not granted" when I try to connect the Mantis.
The same now happens on an Android 10 device, where I observe the following: - when I connect the Mantis, the USB notification asks to which app I want to connect the USB port. - brltty is not one of the apps listed, so I cannot assign the port to brltty. - so I get the message that the USB port access is not granted to brltty, but there is no way to grant it either. I assume brltty is still missing something that makes Android aware of the fact that brltty is a potential USB user. With kind regards, Henk. -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- Van: BRLTTY <[email protected]> Namens Dave Mielke Verzonden: zondag 31 oktober 2021 02:01 Aan: Informal discussion between users and developers of BRLTTY. <[email protected]> Onderwerp: Re: [BRLTTY] Latest humanware/APH devices and brltty on Android [quoted lines by [email protected] on 2021/10/31 at 00:55 +0200] >This is the first crash report after bootup: I'm sorry.
