I didn't think that an Orbit Reader has a serial port. You should be able to use it via usb:, though. This being said, it probably has an internal USB to serial adapter. When you connect it (without brltty running), you'll probably see a new device named either ttyUSB0 or ttyACM0 (let's use ttyUSB0). You should then be able to tell brltty that the device is serial:ttyUSB0.
