Just guessing, because, as I said before, I don't have a kind of intuitive sense regarding Windows since I don't actually use it. It may require admin to start/stop services, but that may not mean that the service being started implicitly gets admin privileges. Maybe there's a way (hopefully a command line option) to do that. >I'm willing to give you more log data if necessary.
