Do I remember that the "kernel parameters" stuff is the result of what the
user enters in a menu? Is it possible to start braille with the standard
command and then once that command is entered and braille is working, put up
the menu so we can read it and fill it out? This assumes it's a text-based,
perhaps ncurses menu.
