Installing BRLTTY should be reasonably straight forward in OpenSuSE.
Just grab the RPM file from the BRLTTY website and install it using
the command:
rpm -ivh brltty3.xx.xx.xx.rpm
replacing x.x.x with the version number.
Let me know if you have a specific problem installing this please.
