Hello!
I have braille output if i start it manually with these parameters.
But not when starting windows as excpected.

Ah, these are just help files. Like a couple others, Baum doesn't have
one, but that doesn't mean that the baum driver wasn't compiled in.
In the config program there is no baum alternative.

Could you send us the content of etc/brltty.conf ?
I had to do -b bm -d com1 to make it work.
