VoiceOver supports braille devices indeed, but the problem seems to be
that the navigation in terminal windows is very unusual, if not to say
unusable.  I've never found terminal work to be pleasant on a Mac with
VoiceOver, so I quite understand the desire to run terminal programs
with BRLTTY as a screen reader.
