Another way to do it is to update brltty.conf and then restart the BrlAPI service. You can stop the service with "net stop BrlAPI", and then start it again with "net start BrlAPI". The brltty.conf directive which corresponds to the -l command line option is log-level, and the brltty.conf directive which corresponds to the -L command line option is log-file.
