No sleep in between could also cause problems because it takes brltty a moment 
to shut down after it receives the termination signal. In other words, 
restarting brltty too quickly after killing it could easily mean that, for a 
short period of time, two brltty processes which are both accessing the same 
device will be running at the same time.
