As far as I can see, this is pretty well normal behaviour. It is not quite
ready yet, but the wild phase of fermentation has come to a natural end. If
you wish, you can rake it over to a secondary fermenter for a week, or just
let it stand as it is. There are still processes happening in it, but they
move somewhat slower, and do not produce so much CO2 nor foam. If you want
to be scientific, measure the gravity every few days, and when it has
stopped falling, bottle it. Or just give it another week or two.
