Ok, Ihave to admit I don't often make so strong stuff. The one time I
can remember, I didn't get the FG anywhere near 1.015, more like 1.025,
which resulted in a moderate (?) 10% of alcohol. Had to put *lots* of
tasty stuff in it to keep the balance, and age it for over a year. Then
it was good. In small quantities.
