19-20 grader burde være helt fint for en starterkultur. Var gærposen helt opsvulmet inden du tilsat den?

En anden gang vil jeg nok ikke skylle starterflasken med vand fra hanen. Prøv kogt (og derfor sterilt) vand i stedet for.

Relax, don't worry, have a homebrew!

There is so little Iodophor left in your bottle, that you

to worry about. Iodophor is said to be more effective
against bacteria
and other nasties, than against yeast. Actually, some say
that there is
no need to rinse beer bottles after a wash with iodophor,
although
opinions differ on that point.

As soon as you can see any sort of activity in your bottle,
you can stop
worrying!
