Ok det har jeg så gjort. Det viser sig at den måler ca. 1 under, som jeg så
vil skulle trække fra. Men det skal jeg vel så også gøre på min første
måling, lige efter gæren er tilsat?

Jeg har også lige taget endnu en måling alligevel fra toppen af spanden. Den
viser samme resultat: ca. 0997

Det smager, som du beskriver en anelse tørt, men ikke decideret surt.  Måske
en smule sprittet i det. Men det er lovende.

Det lyder dejligt. Men måske det bliver svært at få det carboneret, når det
er gæret så langt ud?
