Interesting to see this exact discussion start yet again... Well anyway, even if you know plenty of FreeBSD, doesn't mean you know enough about OpenBSD. If I, as an employer (for the sake of the discussion :) ), want to hire you and managage a number of OpenBSD boxen, how will I know you have the neccecary skillset. I will know that you have the neccecary skillset, because you've studied some of the difference, and thus were able to pass the exam. Three or four separate exams would be senseless since so much study material is the same.
