I hate that I've resorted to bothering the mailing list for this. I'm building GNU APL from source, because Debian lacks it from what I've found, but I can't locate the following signing key anywhere: 3EB2E2ECCB2F040A26CB7F2192B68B71531B6686
I've looked around in many areas, tried verbatim key searches in various engines, all to no success. Have I somehow missed an obvious location for this signing key? I certainly can't locate it at all.
