People CC:ed have patches touching the sensitive code areas in the time-window
given below. (This includes Julian Brown, julian att codesourcery dott com, who
apparently has no sourceware bugzilla acount for that or guessable addresses.)
With a unified tree as of LAST_UPDATED "Tue May 17 13:57:35 UTC 2005",
