The problem is the linker script:
.realmode 0 : AT (ADDR(.bss) + SIZEOF(.bss) - 0xC0000000) {
...
} :text = 0x9090
You put .realmode in the text segment. But its address doesn't belong to
the text segment. I suggest you put .realmode in a separate segment.
