Can you attach a simple example ? It looks like binutils is already able
to dump .debug_pubtypes. Eg, on Darwin:
Contents of the .debug_pubtypes section:
Length: 14
Version: 2
Offset into .debug_info section: 0x0
Size of area in .debug_info section: 477
Offset Name
...
