seen in packaging for Debian with gold from the 2.20 branch; many source
packages do build -dbg packages having separate debug information. objcopy
--add-gnu-debuglink doesn't work anymore, e.g.:
objcopy --add-gnu-debuglink debug-libgcc_s.so.1 libgcc_s.so.1
