patch for binutils-gdb.git master
Now that ld/Makefile.am calls WINDRES_FOR_TARGET in the new default-manifest.o
rule, we must assure that all-binutils is built before all-ld; this actually
failed consistently for me at -j3 on an F20 VM. Patch attached.
