When trying to link chrome, I sporadically get this error:

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
...
The error usually goes away if I just touch a file and rebuild.
The original report was with gold 2.23.1, and appears to still be happening
with 2.23.2.
Did bug 10147 resurface?
