I've noticed that 2 GAS tests are currently failing when binutils are
configured with --target=arm-netbsdelf:
./gas/testsuite/gas.sum:FAIL: blx->bl convert under no -march/cpu
./gas/testsuite/gas.sum:FAIL: ARM Mapping Symbols for .short (ELF version)
