When using zlib-gabi debug section compression, linking produces a different
build-id each and every time, which I would say break it/the point behind it
and certainly breaks reproducible builds.
This issue does not appear with zlib-gnu, and it does not appear with ld, it is
specific to zlib-gabi with gold.
It seems to be related to some random values being created in the debug
sections.
