5c4ce239a3ab9263163a0fe8e7487b39a41c43d1 commit leads to strip.exe on mingw-w64
(both 32 and 64 bit) becoming horribly slow when stripping COFF exes (didn't
try any other formats).
Didn't tested if any other util is affected (ld.exe seems not).
