64-byte ELF header
An improper validation of the e_shoff ELF header field causes an out-of-bounds
read when calculating a view offset into a mapped input file.
Occurs in gold v1.11-v1.16 (Binutils v2.21-v2.31).
Tested on 64-bit Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.
Reproduce with "./gold testcase.o".
