This error may be generated by as when compiling 64-bit app on MinGW or Cygwin
with AVX512 enabled. It is complaining that .seh_savexmm is used with registers
xmm16..31.
This bug was originally reported against gcc on 2015-04-16, and it is still not
fixed. Here is link to gcc's bug report with more details. Maybe someone from
binutils team will be able to resolve this problem.
