16 bit FP support and documentation update

This patch:
* fix incorrect disassemble of invalid eZ80 opcode prefix sequence (now emitted
".db" instead of "nop")
* add test for fix above
* add support for half precision FP numbers (16 bit, ieee754 compatible)
* update GAS documentation
